Tarro’s Cancellation Policy
At Tarro Beauty + Art Salon, we value each and every single one of our clients and their appointments. However, we understand things happen and last-minute changes are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations to better serve everyone.
Please understand when not enough time is given for a cancellation, our stylists lose the chance to service other clients and potentially lose out on commission. Other clients also lose out on the opportunity to be serviced, especially if they are on a waiting list.
Starting February 1, 2019, we will be applying a cancellation fee if clients cancel less than 24 hours before their appointments or if they don’t show up. All fees will be applied to the credit card on file immediately OR added to your next visit.
-Giving less than 24-hour notice will result in a $25 fee.
-Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in a fee equal to the full appointment charge.
-Leaving without paying will result in a $20/day fee until the service is paid for.
-If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to service you.
This cancellation policy allows us to stay stress free and keep our schedule filled, which lets us better serve everyone. We reserve the right to use our discretion when enforcing this policy.
